What to Know:

1. Private Sessions will be scheduled directly between you and your Coach via Email

2. Group Sessions are pre-scheduled, weekly for 8 weeks, you will receive Zoom link and Calendar invite reminders in advance similar to other Shirt School events.

3. All Sessions are hosted  on private Zoom invites (as of now), and recorded

4. Access Growth Coaching content inside ShirtSchool Courses (FYI, the coaching course module is still under construction, but soon will be where you'll access recordings. 

5. Recordings -- Private Sessions will be recorded and shared privately with you via Email. Group Sessions will be recorded and published inside Growth Coaching couse in ShirtSchool.
