REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all courses, memberships, and digital products sold by Kevara Media, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through ShirtSchool.com and any associated platforms. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined here.

14-Day Refund Policy for Shirt School Purchases Made Through the Launch Your Brand Challenge

Shirt School purchases made via the challenge bundle for Launch Your Brand Challenge members qualify for a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

You may request a full refund of your purchase within 14 days of your purchase time, for any reason including buyer's remorse. There are no requirements or stipulations to meet. Please send an email to [email protected] to request your refund. Refunds will only be honored within 14 days of purchase, down to the second. Your email must be time-stamped prior to the 14-day window closing.

Shirt School + Shirt School Elite Bundle Payment Plan Terms

When Shirt School is purchased as a bundle with Shirt School Elite at the promotional rate of 12 payments of $297 per month, the following terms apply:

This bundled offer combines two products into a single monthly payment:

$99 per month toward Shirt School (one-time lifetime access program, paid out over 12 months)
$197 per month for Shirt School Elite (monthly coaching membership)

The extended 12-month payment plan on Shirt School at $99 per month is a discounted payment structure offered exclusively to customers who commit to a full 12 months of Shirt School Elite. The standard payment options for Shirt School alone are pay-in-full or 6 payments of $197 per month.

Canceling Shirt School Elite Before the 12-Month Commitment

You may cancel your Shirt School Elite membership at any time. However, because the discounted $99 per month payment structure on Shirt School is tied to your 12-month Elite commitment, early cancellation of Elite requires you to satisfy the remaining balance on Shirt School in order to retain your lifetime access.

When you request to cancel Elite before completing 12 months, you must choose one of the following options to keep your Shirt School lifetime access:

Option 1: Pay the remaining Shirt School balance in full. The remaining balance is calculated as $1,188 minus the total amount already paid toward the Shirt School portion of your bundle ($99 multiplied by the number of payments completed).

Option 2: Convert to the standard Shirt School payment plan of $197 per month until the remaining balance of $1,188 is fully paid. Your existing Shirt School payments will be credited toward this balance.

Your Shirt School Elite membership will remain active through the end of your current paid billing period. Elite access will be terminated at the end of that billing period once the remaining Shirt School balance has been satisfied (either paid in full or transitioned to the $197 per month standard plan).

No refunds will be issued for Shirt School Elite payments already processed or for any portion of the bundle payments already made. We do not offer prorated refunds.

Shirt School Elite Membership Refund Policy (Standalone Membership)

Shirt School Elite is a monthly membership billed on a recurring basis. The following terms apply to standalone Elite memberships not purchased as part of the bundle described above:

Cancellation: You may cancel your Shirt School Elite membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the following month, your cancellation request must be submitted before your next billing date. Please send your cancellation request to [email protected]. Once your cancellation is processed, you will retain access to Shirt School Elite through the end of your current paid billing period.

Refunds: No refunds will be issued for payments that have already been processed. This includes your most recent monthly charge and any prior charges. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel after your billing date, your cancellation will take effect the following month and no back charges will be refunded.

Example: If your card is charged on the 10th and you request cancellation on the 12th, you will not be refunded for the charge on the 10th. Your access will remain active through the end of that billing period, and you will not be charged again the following month.

Launch Your Brand Challenge — Store Review Bonus

All Launch Your Brand Challenge store review bonuses must be claimed within 7 days after the email from Shirt School requesting your store information has been sent. This email is typically sent 4 to 6 weeks after the challenge event takes place. Bonuses not claimed within this window will be forfeited.

Reward Guarantee for Shirt School Purchases Made Through the Launch Your Brand Challenge or Masterclass Participation

Shirt School has created a results-based Reward Guarantee designed to encourage action and reward students who fully implement the system. As a reward for completing every lesson and action taught in the Shirt School Master Course, we guarantee $2,000 in cash if you do not make at least $1,000 in sales within the first 60 days after enrolling, provided you meet all of the following requirements:

Requirement 1 — Community Participation As part of your bonus package, you will have access to our private Shirt School VIP community hosted on our website. You must actively participate by sharing your progress at least twice per week so our team can help you achieve your goals.

Requirement 2 — Business Implementation You must fully implement the Shirt School system as taught in the Master Course. Specifically, you must meet all of the following:

All t-shirts and products on your website must be dual-niche
Upsells must be in place on your store
You must be using email marketing and have emailed your list at least 3 times per week for 7 weeks
You must have an active popup on your website
You must have run Facebook ads for a minimum of 30 days at $10/day or more
You must have gone live on Facebook or Instagram at least once per week for 7 weeks
You must have posted to your social media accounts at least once per day for 7 weeks
You must have messaged at least 25 people per day using our message template, 5 days per week for 7 weeks

Requirement 3 — Course Completion All lessons inside the Shirt School Master Course, plus all bonus courses, must be 100% complete as verified by our team inside the Kajabi platform.

Requirement 4 — How to Activate the Reward Guarantee On the 60th day after enrolling, send an email to [email protected] stating that you would like to request your $2,000 cash return. A member of our team will then schedule a video call with you to either outline a plan of action for continued success or review all requirements to verify your eligibility for the payout. We will require access to your Shopify account to inspect products, apps, and sales data. We will also need to review your social media accounts to verify posts. Facebook and Instagram lives must be documented to verify they were completed.
