You grant Kevara Media, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, edit, and publish your comments and submissions in any format or media for the purposes of operating and promoting the Services.

We reserve the right to monitor, moderate, and remove any content we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy

All prices for courses and products are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

Payment is processed through secure third-party processors including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If we offer a specific satisfaction guarantee or refund window for a particular product, those terms will be clearly stated at the point of purchase and will govern that transaction.

International Users

General

Our Services are operated from the United States. If you are located outside the U.S., you access the Site voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with your local laws. We make no representation that the Site or its Content is appropriate or legally available in all locations.

European Union / EEA Users

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the following applies:

You have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital products, unless you expressly waive that right at the time of purchase and acknowledge that delivery begins immediately.
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

United Kingdom Users

UK users have similar rights to EU users under UK GDPR and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Our 14-day cooling-off disclosure and data rights policies described above apply equally to users in the United Kingdom.

Canadian Users

Canadian users are protected under applicable provincial and federal consumer protection legislation. Our practices comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) with respect to commercial electronic messages. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in any email.

Australian Users

Australian users have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Certain guarantees under the ACL cannot be excluded. If you are an Australian consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Australian consumer protection law. To the extent of any inconsistency, Australian law will prevail for Australian consumers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee specific results from use of our courses or products. Income, business results, and outcomes vary by individual and depend on numerous factors outside our control. Any case studies, results, or testimonials shared are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kevara Media, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site or Services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This is particularly relevant for users in the EU, UK, Canada, and Australia where certain consumer protections cannot be waived.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Tulsa, Oklahoma, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence, including EU, UK, Canadian, or Australian consumer protection statutes.

Hyperlinking to Our Site

The following organizations may link to our Site without prior written approval: government agencies, search engines, and news organizations.

All other organizations wishing to link to our Site must submit a written request by emailing [email protected]. We reserve the right to approve or deny any link request at our discretion.

No use of Kevara Media, LLC's or Shirt School's logos or trademarks is permitted for linking purposes without a separate written trademark license agreement.
